Here East is a Technology Innovation Centre on a unique creative campus located in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London, E20 3BS.

by rail
Stratford Station is serviced by London Overground, London Underground (Jubilee Line, Central Line) and Docklands Light Railway (DLR). If arriving at Hackney Wick station, delegates may walk to Here East – approx 10 minutes. Stratford International connects Kings Cross / St Pancras – journey time approx 7 minutes.

On arrival at Stratford Station, follow the main exit out of the station. Directly in front of the station is the main bus parking / turning area. This is the PromaxBDA UK pick-up/dropoff point – Here East staff will be present in this area to meet you and direct you to awaiting coaches.

transfers
Our shuttle service will transfer you directly from Stratford Station to Here East, the venue for the conference. At the close of the conference, return transfers will operate.

Coach transfers will operate on Thursday 3 November during the following times:- 07.45 to 09.45 and 17.30 to 21.30

Outside of these times, delegates can walk through the Olympic Park to Here East - approx 20 minutes, or take a taxi from outside the station to Here East (approx £5).
