Promo Producer
Jake currently works as a freelance director, promo producer and writer and has always been passionate about movies and music. After film school and working for a short time as a runner at London Post, Jake got an internship at MTV. Within only six weeks he was directing for VH1 On Air where he quickly won a Promax gold award for his first ever trail. A few years later Jake moved to Channel 4 where he worked as director on numerous campaigns.
Jake took the bold move of leaving TV to set up Daddy, where he became known globally for his award-winning and terribly funny commercials before another move into features in 2010 when ‘Adland’, Jake’s first feature script, was funded by the BFI.
Having been in a band for over 20 years, he can still be heard blasting out a fantastic, screaming guitar solo!
