Jess, in combination with Aoife, is responsible for helping set the strategic vision for Promax UK.

Jess began her career in advertising, spending 5 years working on global creative campaigns for some of the UK’s best loved brands. Finding her home in broadcasting, firstly at the BBC and latterly at itv, she has spent the last 12 years planning and delivering high-profile, integrated and award-winning campaigns for some of the biggest brands in broadcasting (e.g. Strictly Come Dancing, I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here, Britain’s Got Talent and Love Island). She is a mother to two young boys and job shares with Aoife Owen (co-Vice Chair). She is passionate about improving innovation, flexible working and diversity within our industry.
