Promax UK organises events in London throughout the year, and this is your chance to be a part of the family. As a sponsoring partner, you and your team can host an evening and introduce your message personally.

Opportunity to host and meet attendees
Inclusion as title sponsor in invitation emails and texts sent to our database
Branded links to your website in email and on the Promax website
Right to distribute and display marketing materials (posters, showreels, CDs, brochures)
Option to run a competition at event to create your own database
Booking of venue (if a fee applies this is charged at cost)
PUK event team including 2 people on the door
How does it work?
Select an available date and give us a call. Together we will agree a venue and advise on any promotion. We promote the event through email, the Promax UK website and SMS.
How much will it cost?
Sponsorship packages cost £2,500 for the Awards Nominations and Conference events. Other dates are priced at £2000. 50% of the sponsorship fee goes behind the bar. Limiting drinks to wine, beer and soft drinks tends to make it last longer and some venues offer happy hour deals which helps too. In addition, sponsors can top up the bar tab on the night, increasing the bar tab or maybe supplying food, paying the venue directly. This simple system has worked well and our sponsors tell us they believe its fair and good value for money.
