Please make sure your entry can play on either Mac or PC and is formatted and compressed correctly. Try it out on someone else’s computer to see if it reads before you send it in. Unfortunately, if we can’t read your entries it will be disqualified.
Films can be anything from animatics to finished work.
All films and any moving image work must be accompanied by a script, if applicable, and a story-board of the action.
VHS tapes will not be accepted.
Print and other design work
Print executions need to be at least roughs or scamps of ideas. Final layouts should be A3 or A4.

Web-sites cannot be accessed in any way at the judging so any web design must be on CD.
PowerPoint
PowerPoint presentations are fine, please put them on a CD and provide a hard copy printout.
Other requirements
Please provide a 200 word abstract to explain your thinking about why this will work for the charity (form attached).
Please provide a 50 word profile about yourself. We’ll use this in a press release if you win. This might include your name, the course you are on, why you chose this course, your interests and what you would like to do when you leave college.
If possible, please send us your sketchbooks and research as backup material to show your working process, however this is not a requirement. Sketchbooks and mood boards may add to your chances of winning but please note we cannot return any items sent.
Labeling Work
We receive a lot of entries and we don’t want your work to get lost.
Every single piece of work must be clearly labeled. Photocopy the entry form and attach it to your CD/DVD case and label the CD/DVD case and disc clearly with your name and college. Paste the entry form on the back of every piece of Artwork you send in including sketchbooks/notebooks. Entry forms are part of this document.
